Solar Security Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates solarsecuritysolutions.co.uk. We supply and install solar-powered security systems — including solar CCTV, security lighting, off-grid alarms and monitoring — for domestic, agricultural and commercial sites across the UK. This website provides information about those products and services and lets you request a survey or quotation.

Firm pricing follows a site survey, and any installation we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement setting out the scope, equipment, price and warranty. Product performance — including solar generation, battery runtime and mobile connectivity — depends on site conditions such as shading, aspect and signal strength, which the survey assesses; any figures given beforehand are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we exclude all implied warranties and conditions;
  • we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss (including lost savings, revenue, or data);
  • our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or any referral shall not exceed £100; and
  • nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
