The Evo 36 LED security light comes with a 2w solar panel and 5m of cable allowing you to position the light in a different place to the solar panel maximising the panels potential for catching as much sunlight as possible. The Evo36 security light will even work on cloudy days making it the perfect security light for UK weather conditions.

If you do find that your Evo36 requires extra power because the solar panel will be mounted East or West facing we supply a 2w booster solar panel that can be fitted alongside the original panel, giving you 4w of power. The extra power is strongly recommended for commercial applications where consistently heavy winter usage is anticipated.

Please Note: Ensure the solar panel (and booster panel where fitted) have a direct line of sight to the sun when fitted. If they are fitted to a North facing wall please ensure that the solar panel(s) are facing either East or West and are positioned in such a way so they can catch as much sun as possible.

How do I install the Evo36 solar powered security light?

The Evo36 LED solar security light is very easy to install in comparison with mains powered security lights. In the box you will find the main light unit, a solar panel connected to 5m of cable (3m extension cables available separately), 6 screws, 6 wall plugs and a set of instructions.

1. Mount the Evo36 on a suitable wall.

2. Mount the Evo36 solar panel within 5m of the light (remember, fitting the solar panel in a south facing direction is best).

3. Plug the cable into the light unit.
